Job Summary
Coordinate travel arrangements, maintain investigators' calendars, and schedule meetings while resolving conflicts and arranging logistics. Prepare and edit grant applications, manuscripts, and fellowship submissions; word process and proofread correspondence. Update laboratory websites, coordinate seminars and special events, and manage vendor and procurement logistics. Facilitate communication with internal offices and external agencies, and provide support to postdoctoral scholars and graduate students. Manage filing systems, establish computerized templates, and maintain accurate records. Work onsite at the Mission Bay campus in San Francisco, CA.
