Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to the SVP, Retail, and four Regional Vice Presidents, providing calendar management across multiple regions and time zones, travel coordination domestic and international, expense reporting, and organizing leadership meetings and events. Supports leaders with presentations, simple data reviews and visuals, and cross-functional communication, plus ad hoc projects and time-sensitive requests. Requires 3–5 years of corporate admin experience, strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3–5 years of administrative support experience in a corporate or multi-leader environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage calendars, travel arrangements, and prepare presentations and reports
- Ability to handle confidential information and work across time zones
