Job Summary
Provide administrative support to providers and care center coordinators by handling office ad-hoc duties such as maintaining schedules, preparing and mailing patient results letters, updating recall letters, and scanning and indexing reports and encounter forms. Scan billing charges for the RCM team and distribute results and appointment requests from the fax press. Assist care coordinators and the manager with overflow work as needed. This part-time role requires 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or evenings. The position is in-person at one of Gastro Health's 130+ locations, supporting a multi-specialty group of gastroenterologists and allied health professionals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer skills
- Part-time work 15-20hrs a week
- In-person work (not remote)
