Job Summary
Administrative Assistant at Landmark Hospitals performs a variety of secretarial and clerical duties to support hospital operations and facilitates communication and workflow across departments and staff. Responsibilities include handling filing, scheduling, organizing events, supporting group calendars, coordinating interview times, processing staffing schedules, distributing minutes and agendas, and assisting with physician credentialing. The role may also support Health Information Management (HIM), Human Resources (HR), Quality, and other areas as determined by the CEO. Requires strong communication, typing/keyboarding, MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and professionalism. Works 32-40 hours per week at locations in Columbia, Missouri.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1-year administrative support, Hospital-based support experience preferred
