Job Summary
Administrative Assistant for CRM Residential property in Manheim, PA. Full-time temporary 6 months. Responsibilities include handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, assisting management and visitors, leasing-related activities per HUD guidelines (including maintaining waiting lists and processing rent), preparing computer reports, and supporting Community Manager with newsletters and marketing materials. Requires strong verbal and written communication, customer service orientation, proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), ability to multi-task, and commitment to meet residents’ needs; background/drug screening is required.
Required Qualifications

- Previous administrative assistant experience
