Job Summary
Administrative Assistant for the Branch Area Careers Center (BACC) in Coldwater, MI. Responsibilities include assisting all BACC students with dual enrollment processes (KCC application, Accuplacer testing, course enrollment), travel to local schools to assist with dual enrollment and grade checks, maintaining records of KCC grades and tracking billing, entering college courses and grades in Skyward for dual enrollment students, creating book lists and handling book-order pickups, assisting Early College Coordinator and RMTC enrollment paperwork, monitoring grades for dual enrollment and early college students, managing Articulation Agreements and transcripts, assisting with enrollment in Evening Enrichment classes, printing certificates for student awards, serving as a back-up for the main office administrative assistant, and other duties as assigned. Requires High School Diploma; Associate's degree desired; 2 years clerical experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google products; ability to positively interact with the public and with students.
Required Qualifications

- 2 years of experience in clerical field (including basic bookkeeping)
