Job Summary
Answer telephone, process accounts payable and receivable entries, and track subconsultant invoices. Draft accounts receivable invoices, prepare payroll time reviews, and assist with financial reporting. Manage supply tracking and orders, create mail distribution letters, and support project production through OKIE 811 calls, initial research, and basic CAD drafting. Assist with proposal research and creation. This full-time role requires a valid driver's license, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Required Qualifications
