Job Summary

F&I Administrative Assistant responsibilities include logging and processing credit applications, assisting in the financing of commercial vehicles and insurance products, understanding Finance and Insurance Products, managing sales programs within CRM, communicating credit decisions and deal status, managing the contract funding process with lenders, following up with customers daily, and providing outstanding customer service. Candidates should have strong customer service and administrative skills, an outgoing personality, and be self-motivated. Prior administrative experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred. Bilingual candidates in English and Punjabi are preferred.
