Job Summary
As Administrative Assistant, serve as the office face and first point of contact for clients/visitors; greet and check-in patients; manage phones, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records; provide administrative support to keep the office operating smoothly. Responsibilities include managing agency cell plan and HRIS updates, handling security/access systems (keyscan, badges, cameras), coordinating with staff, producing departmental and grant-related documents and reports, maintaining filing systems, tracking paperwork, handling mail and supplies, ensuring equipment maintenance, and supporting events. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook; basic Access/PowerPoint), typing, attention to detail, confidentiality, and reliable attendance. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Minimum education: high school diploma or GED; Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
