Administrative Assistant-Facilities and Maintenance to provide administrative, operational and customer service support to the Facilities and Maintenance Department; coordinates record keeping, communications and scheduling; maintains maintenance management systems, processes work orders, handles procurement and payroll leave records, prepares reports and correspondence, and supports department staff while ensuring compliance with financial, legal and administrative requirements.
