Job Summary
Respond to reservation applications, inquiries, and booking requests while presenting approved residence rates and options to prospective residents. Submit Room Reservation Agreements with completed documentation, monitor booking charts for room readiness, and collect rent and incidental payments. Receive and log resident packages, sort mail, and notify residents of room changes, roommate assignments, or unexpected guest fees. Create welcome setups for incoming residents, process guest passes, and take resident photos for security systems. Generate weekly housekeeping reports, coordinate with Building Operations on staffing and quality control, and utilize sales features in RMS, HubSpot, and Salesforce for lead generation. Attend staff meetings and promote residence programs and activities.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years administrative experience
- Must be highly skilled using Excel

- 36.25 hours per week
- Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- 45-minute unpaid lunch break
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an education, business, or cultural-related field
- Strong and demonstrable working knowledge of hotel, dorm rooms, cultural organization or community centers
- Strong proficiency in the use Microsoft Office
