Job Summary
Welcome visitors, respond to inquiries, and connect constituents with resources as the primary point of contact for the Experiential Learning Center. Maintain accurate records and databases for internship registration and study abroad documentation while coordinating staff calendars and managing event logistics. Monitor inventory, process business office documentation, and update departmental websites and social media channels. Collect, track, and report program data to support assessment and strategic planning. Assist with special projects, committee work, and on-campus program execution including marketing and catering. This 10-month full-time role requires evening or weekend availability and a valid U.S. driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or some education beyond the H.S. diploma
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to work on variety of projects simultaneously and manage deadlines
- Flexibility, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter/self-motivated individual with the ability to pay attention to detail
- Evening or weekend work sometimes required
- Valid U.S. driver's license with good driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Pre-employment criminal background checks
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Three to five years administrative experience or experience in higher education
- Graphic Design skills desirable
