Job Summary
Administrative Assistant - Executive to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) provides high-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing reports and presentation materials, handling sensitive correspondence, coordinating activities of clerical staff, maintaining records and files, transcribing and distributing meeting minutes, processing expenses, and supporting strategic initiatives and special projects. Requires strong professionalism, confidentiality, organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to a dynamic setting. Proficiency in Windows/Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and the ability to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential. Associate degree or equivalent plus at least 3 years of relevant experience are required.
