Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to support the Operations Team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate preparation, receipt, and distribution of documents; facilitating inter-department communication; supporting production/operations/safety functions; attending daily operations meetings; preparing month-end KPI and reports; entering production and safety data into the EGS system; managing memberships, subscriptions, and corporate accounts; arranging travel for local/divisional staff and guests; coordinating Employee Engagement, Community Service, and Employee Recognition programs; coordinating site meetings and townhalls; handling phone, mail, and packages; maintaining office equipment and safety protocols for visitors; managing employee access badges; maintaining office supplies; and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications include proficiency with PC and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), ability to prioritize deadlines, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, proofreading, data entry and typing, punctuality, and handling confidential information; ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment and interact with all levels of the organization. The role emphasizes organization, communication, and problem-solving as essential contributions to site leadership, production teams, and employees across the organization.
