Job Summary
Administrative Assistant for Achev in Mississauga, responsible for preparing and proofreading correspondence and materials, managing mail and information flow, scheduling meetings, handling inquiries, organizing and maintaining filing systems, establishing office procedures, greeting visitors, recording minutes, compiling data for reports, organizing conferences, researching information for reports, supporting colleagues, and creating content for social media marketing. Requires solid MS Office skills, customer-service experience, excellent written and verbal communication, knowledge of job-search strategies, strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative team approach.
Required Qualifications
- Possess solid administrative skills and demonstrated ability in the use of MS Office products, web browsers, online research tools and social media
- Experience in customer service or administrative delivery of services to the public, in administrative capacity, public relations or related role
