Job Summary
Administrative Assistant supports the Director and the ePMO IS Portfolio in administrative and project-management activities. Responsibilities include assisting PMs with tracking project activities, updates, and reporting; scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics (rooms, resources, minutes); maintaining ePMO documents and materials; preparing communications; handling invoice processing for IS PM portfolio expenses (including contractors); onboarding and training new IS PM team members; and auditing ServiceNow project records to ensure PM expectations are met. Skills emphasized include administrative support, meeting coordination, basic project-management techniques, documentation and reporting, onboarding, contractor coordination, and ServiceNow record management.
Required Qualifications
