Job Summary

Coordinate and support activities within the Environment department to meet compliance commitments and efficient operations. Manage document management and the department's SharePoint site, update policies and procedures, and track reporting on compliance commitments. Support budget and strategic planning, implement process improvements, and collaborate with other departments and sites to support sustainable mining. Participate in health and safety programs and adhere to relevant policies. Reporting to the Manager, Environment, this role requires strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position includes a compressed work week with alternating Fridays off. Applicants must be willing to satisfy pre-employment requirements including a drug screen and professional references.

Required Qualifications

  • Certificate or diploma in administration or business-related discipline
  • Knowledge in information management and document control
  • Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Strong digital literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams
  • Experience in office administration and business improvement
  • Willingness to satisfy the pre-employment requirements of a pre-employment drug screen
  • Willingness to provide three professional references
