Job Summary
Provide administrative and project support for land development projects, including preparing proposals, letters, and reports; assisting with project status updates, expense reports, and monthly accounting tasks; filing and maintaining project documents; coordinating submissions to outside agencies; arranging meetings and travel logistics; preparing plans and map packages; and communicating effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of administrative experience supporting management-level staff
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Concur or CRM a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
