Job Summary
Administrative Assistant based in Lima to support back-office operations across Finance, Admin, and Marketing. Responsibilities include invoice processing and accounts payable, responding to Jira tickets, month-end closing activities and financial reporting, expense tracking, vendor liaison, overseeing office pantry, coordinating design requests for advertising materials, monitoring design timelines, identifying and contacting potential affiliates, planning and executing campaigns and events, drafting terms and conditions for promotions, providing back-up reception support, and collaborating on promotional copy. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira, Google Suite, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. 1 year of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred; intermediate English; knowledge of sports and gambling is advantageous; flexibility to work in a dynamic office environment in Lima, Peru.

- Intermediate English level
