Organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for projects with multinational clients; responsibilities include managing files and records, scheduling meetings and calendars, handling calls and emails, preparing reports and documents, coordinating travel and meeting logistics, maintaining office supplies, data entry, and basic HR/finance support, while ensuring confidentiality and collaborating with management and staff.
Required Qualifications
