Job Summary
Administrative Assistant – Donor Relations provides comprehensive administrative support to the Donor Relations department, ensuring efficient daily operations. Responsibilities include processing department charges and invoices, managing billing and payroll processing, coordinating catering, making meeting-room reservations, and maintaining accurate records and databases. Supports leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and HR-related tracking, and collaborates across departments to meet deadlines and ensure compliance. Proficient use of Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint for processing tasks; tracks employee education and HR documentation; ensures timely submission of invoices to Accounts Payable; maintains organization of mail and office supplies; supports across departmental workflow and service delivery.
