Job Summary
Administrative Assistant for Director/department to perform full administrative and general office duties. Responsibilities include typing, note taking, managing daily mail, maintaining official documents and records, scheduling and coordinating appointments and travel, preparing routine letters/memos/agendas/presentations/forms, managing Director's email and voicemail, screening telephone calls, and assisting with light accounting/budget review. Requires strong written/verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; office-based role with no travel required. Located in a comfortable indoor office in Phoenix, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum Education: high school diploma and/or GED
- Minimum Years of Work Experience: 2
- PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access); Lotus Notes
