Job Summary
Administrative Assistant positioned as Sales Group Administrator to support the Sales department's daily operations, including managing user access, maintaining sales data, and providing administrative support to Sales Managers and Associates. Responsibilities include creating/handling correspondence, reports and presentations (including confidential material), managing departmental budgets and forecasts, documenting administrative policies, handling Purchase Orders and invoices, data entry into Oracle/SharePoint/Microsoft tools, planning department functions, and travel/expense reporting support. Requires 0-3 years of experience and proficiency with Office 365; Associate's degree preferred.
