Job Summary
Provides administrative and center support and customer service functions to the service site, including scheduling, filing, documentation, client services, research and billing. Ensures compliance with professional standards, Medicaid and Medicare regulations, HIPAA and agency policies. Schedules appointments, prepares records for daily appointments, enters important consumer data for scheduling and benefits/reimbursement, handles protected health information, answers phones, assists consumers with fee setting and benefit information, and supports resources. May supervise staff or assist the Practice Manager. Requires knowledge of Mental Health, Social Work or Health Care fields and a high level of organization and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Office experience in healthcare preferred
