Job Summary
Schedule appointments, prepare daily records, and key consumer data for reimbursement and benefit inquiries. Manage protected healthcare information by filing, releasing, and copying documents while ensuring strict compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, HIPAA, and agency policies. Answer phone calls, transfer callers, and assist consumers with fee setting and resource sharing. Maintain accurate documentation and tickets for all center support functions. Requires a high school diploma, office experience in healthcare, and knowledge of mental health or social work fields.
