Job Summary
Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Manager role supporting the Account Manager II/I by serving customers, preparing production orders, and performing clerical support. Responsibilities include handling customer interactions, preparing orders for production, and providing entry-level account-management support under supervision. Requires a high school diploma or GED and customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; candidate should be able to learn various software applications (order entry and job-ticket systems). Schedule is Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with 40 hours/week and eligible for overtime pay after 40 hours. Required Qualifications
