Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to support the Customer Service Department at a national mortgage lender. Responsibilities include appointment coordination with Mortgage Consultants, client outreach and confirmations, real-time lead distribution, daily email management, data entry and reporting in Excel/Google Sheets, updating LOS and related files, FHA case transfers and communications, daily source/endoser emails, and acting as back-up frontline reception. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; experience in administrative/office coordination; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM and LOS; strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus. Schedule includes standard shifts with a hybrid remote/on-site option after initial training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in administrative, coordination, or office support role
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with CRM systems and Loan Origination Software (LOS)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work hybrid remote/on-site after training
