Job Summary
Administrative Assistant in the Division of Curriculum & Instruction for Bryan County Schools, supporting educational administration with confidential handling of records, communications, and scheduling. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least five years of secretarial/administrative experience. Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); typing at least 60 wpm; strong communication, customer service, and public relations skills; ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accuracy and confidentiality in collaboration with district staff and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of five (5) years of secretarial or administrative experience or equivalent
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Accurate typing skills of at least 60 words per minute
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and deadlines
