Responsibilities include maintaining and updating files, preparing reports and correspondence, ensuring records meet regulations, assisting with front desk/medical records duties (guest check-in, scheduling, chart pulling, and medical record filing), and serving as a liaison to staff and stakeholders. Requires notary certification within the first year and may involve driving or travel. Schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 12am-8am, totaling 16 hours weekly; starting pay is $17.00 per hour.
