Job Summary
Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the assigned department, coordinating customer logistics, creating internal/external pick lists for warehouse, communicating with warehouse and management, arranging shipments with Logistics Service Providers, managing vendor invoices, preparing and filing reports and correspondence, and maintaining KPI-focused records with strong MS Office skills (Excel/Word), along with excellent verbal/written communication, planning, and numerical/analytical abilities. 2-3 years of administrative support experience preferred; right to work in the UK required.
