Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
Coordinate technician schedules and monitor daily assignments to accommodate changing business needs for the LSS division. Communicate updates with technicians, supervisors, and clients while assisting with accounts receivable collections and maintaining accurate operational records. Prepare reports, correspondence, and departmental documentation, entering data within company systems to support work order administration and general office operations. Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and field personnel to ensure smooth communication and assist with special projects. This role requires full-time, Monday to Friday hours between 25-42.5 weeks depending on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, scheduling, dispatch, or coordination role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professionalism when interacting with clients, employees, and vendors
- A commitment to confidentiality and accuracy
