Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will provide professional assistance to management and visitors by handling office tasks and responding to inquiries via phone, mail, and e-mail. Key responsibilities include maintaining resident files according to HUD protocols, processing work orders for maintenance, assisting with paperwork for new move-ins and recertifications, collecting rent and preparing deposits, and contributing to resident satisfaction and property goals. The ideal candidate is proficient in MS Office, has strong customer service skills, communicates effectively, and is able to multi-task.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- Previous administrative assistant experience
