Job Summary
Admin role focused on creating and maintaining caregiver schedules to meet client needs, managing last-minute changes, and communicating schedule updates to caregivers and clients. Responsibilities include tracking hours and overtime, ensuring compliance with agency policies, coordinating with HR and operations on staffing needs, maintaining scheduling records, and delivering high-quality customer service to clients and caregivers. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills are essential, with bilingual Spanish strongly preferred to support a diverse caregiver and client community. Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is expected. Location-based requirement: must live near North San Diego area; in-office scheduling duties and coordination are central to the role.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
