Job Summary
Scheduling caregiver shifts and coordinating with HR/operations to ensure timely, consistent care; managing last-minute changes, tracking hours and overtime to ensure policy compliance; providing excellent customer service to clients and caregivers; utilizing scheduling software and Microsoft Office; maintaining accurate records and supporting hiring efforts; bilingual Spanish skills preferred to support diverse caregiver and client community.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior scheduling, staffing coordination, or healthcare office experience preferred
- Live near North San Diego or the surrounding area
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
