Job Summary
Administrative Assistant/Clerical duties include maintaining written and computer files, data entry, coordinating administrative functions including a budget and meetings, researching and collecting information, assisting with budget activities and accounting, implementing new programs and procedures, conducting fiscal reviews and surveys, preparing confidential documents and reports, maintaining meeting minutes, coordinating meetings/conferences, and managing operations including purchasing, inventory, vendor relations, and building maintenance. Requires familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, ability to type at a certain rate, familiarity with graphic design and desktop publishing, and persuasive writing skills. New York location only.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma is usually required. An associate’s degree is usually preferred, but not required
