Job Summary
Administrative Assistant responsible for front-office support, handling phone calls, messages, and directing inquiries; manage daily communications via email and mail, type and prepare letters and notices, handle faxing and mailing tasks, maintain organized filing and document systems, file meeting minutes, monitor news for items of interest, manage office supplies and reordering, assist with kitchen duties, and support meeting preparation by assembling folders, agendas, and minutes. Requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to format, edit, print, and distribute materials, and ensure accurate record-keeping; experience with calendar management, attendance reports, and database updates is valued.
