Job Summary
Compile data from work orders, budget reports, and personnel records to comply with administrative requirements. Coordinate projects and functions to deliver services timely, while maintaining manual and electronic files for reference. Monitor account balances and work order status, process documents like time sheets and travel reimbursements, and procure necessary supplies. Prepare correspondence, agendas, and reports to communicate information, and respond to inquiries from staff, parents, and public agencies. Schedule activities, meetings, and travel reservations for assigned administrators, and participate in meetings to record minutes. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient work unit functioning.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic math, including calculations using fractions, percents, and/or ratios
- Ability to read technical information
- Ability to compose a variety of documents
- Ability to facilitate group discussions
- Ability to analyze situations to define issues and draw conclusions
- Knowledge of business telephone etiquette
- Knowledge of concepts of grammar and punctuation
