Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to support designated department with daily administrative procedures and special projects; duties include front desk phones and resident traffic, expense reports, travel arrangements, mail distribution, document preparation, onboarding support (in-office and remote), building access and badges, preparing reports and presentations, booking meetings, greeting visitors, and completing special projects. Requires high school diploma or GED, 2 years’ relevant experience, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent written/verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Basic familiarity with computer systems and web-based applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A welcoming, can-do attitude and a professional presence
- Preferred: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and knowledge of OrgPlus 4.0
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
