Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to provide both operational and administrative support to the CEO and leadership team in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities include administrative and project support, calendar and travel coordination for the CEO and leadership, handling confidential information with discretion, supporting other departments as needed, and performing miscellaneous tasks to maintain efficient operations. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of experience, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, discretion with sensitive data, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative, dependable work ethic.
