Job Summary
Support the Executive Director and manage essential front office functions including answering phones, transferring calls, greeting guests, handling payments and ledgers, and maintaining records for residents and employees. Manage invoices, fund distributions, petty cash reconciliations, and other accounting tasks. Requires 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll; proficient with Excel, Word, MS Office; strong communication, confidentiality, integrity, and organizational skills. Emphasizes multitasking in a dynamic environment and adherence to state regulations; eligibility contingent on residency in the operating state. Location: Mesquite, TX (CCAL) with in-person work at Civitas Senior Living community.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-year in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll
- Excellent written and oral communication capabilities
- Comfortable with Excel, Word, MS Office, and various computer systems and online platforms
- Detail-oriented with strengths in mathematical reasoning, data entry, and organization
- Ethical standards: respect confidentiality and demonstrate integrity, fairness, and dependability
- Residency within the State that this Community/Location operates in is a condition of employment
