Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and leadership team at Boyd Healthcare Services. Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s schedule, communications, and travel arrangements; compiling, editing and preparing documents and presentations; coordinating meetings and agendas; liaising with leadership, Board of Directors, staff, and the broader healthcare community; and ensuring HIPAA compliance and confidential handling of information. Requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, and TEAMS; ability to multi-task and maintain professional communication with patients, families, and staff. Education: high school education required; Associates degree preferred. Experience: at least three years in administrative duties, preferably in a hospital setting.
