Job Summary
Administrative Assistant responsible for a range of administrative duties for the Cardiac Rehab department. Performs appointment scheduling, fielding inquiries, dictation, memo composition, transcription, research and preparation of presentations, generation of reports, and handling multiple projects. May assist with invoice and expense reporting and potential budget development. Requires a high school diploma with 4-6 years of related experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
