Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the A&A Department across the Akron and Cleveland offices, including processing financial statements, exit packages, engagement letters, tracking logs and databases, and other reports; serve as backup to the administrative scheduler; handle calls, greet visitors, maintain logs, and manage inbound/outbound mail; support invoicing, disbursements entry, credit card reconciliation, and office logistics; assist with coordination of firm lunches and meetings; maintain common areas and assist with general administrative duties; use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and apply AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency; collaborate with the team and adapt to change.
Required Qualifications
- College education preferred, but not required
- Three years’ administrative experience with another CPA Firm or professional services firm is preferred but not required
