Job Summary
Manage the Chief Academic Officer's calendar, coordinate executive travel, and answer direct correspondence while serving as the principal administrative liaison. Prepare high-level documentation for accreditation boards, reconcile credit card transactions, and order catering for meetings. Assist in developing the academic calendar, track resident attendance in CRM, proctor exams, and review exam questions for accuracy. Coordinate faculty meetings, organize the annual Faculty Retreat, and manage office supplies and event logistics in Suite 450. Submit IT support tickets to ensure operational readiness. This role supports the Dean and Program Director in executing strategic initiatives and program-related activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school
- 2 – 3 years related experience and/or training
- 2-3 years' experience in calendar and expense report management
Desired Qualifications
- extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- some experience with Dolphin
- some experience with OrthoFi
- some experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
