Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the team including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries while managing and organizing office documents, files, and records. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, assist with project coordination and follow-up to ensure deadlines are met, and order and maintain office supplies and equipment. Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner while performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
Desired Qualifications

- Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
