Job Summary
Maintain the audio production database by tracking manuscript deadlines, narrator assignments, and release dates in Asana and Excel. Serve as the day-to-day link between the digital team and publishing groups, gathering files and coordinating project schedules via email and Zoom. Procure manuscript PDFs for recording sessions and build seasonal audio spreadsheets ahead of product presentations. Support eBook pricing by setting up promotions, verifying retailer rates, and tracking repricing data in Excel. Assist with frontlist and backlist planning, participate in sales presentations, and document evolving processes to streamline operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, publishing, or a related field
- Solid working knowledge of Excel — comfortable maintaining detailed spreadsheets and using functions like VLOOKUP, or eager to learn them quickly
- proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Clear, professional communicator who can adapt to different working and communication styles across teams
- Flexible and comfortable learning as you go
- Personal alignment with and adherence to the Bible as God's Word, and agreement with our Statement of Faith
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with project management or CRM software (Asana, Monday.com, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
- Genuine interest in audiobooks, eBooks, or digital publishing is a plus
