Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to support daily departmental tasks within a single-family rental/real estate management environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests and directing information requests, routing inquiries to appropriate staff, coordinating day-to-day tenant transactions (move-in/move-out, initial rent, deposits, funds), reviewing and delivering routine and ad-hoc reports, managing mail and office supplies, processing payments, assisting with unlicensed activity as directed by management, and maintaining data entry across various databases. Requires proficient MS Office skills and strong verbal/written communication; ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver quality customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support function beneficial
- Experience in leasing, real estate, property management, or related industry preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office essential
- Solid verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Able to interact effectively at all levels and contribute as part of project teams
- Background in handling tenant transactions and data entry tasks
