Job Summary
Directly support Senior Leaders to ensure effective management of all accountabilities that support the executive office, including communications, setting business agendas, coordinating meetings across geographies/time zones, arranging domestic/international travel, expense submissions, preparing materials and presentations, and liaising with internal/external stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing calendars for multiple leaders/advisors across geographies, tracking action items, and ensuring deliverables are met; requires independent work on behalf of the leader and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline
- Relevant experience in managing an executive’s office, scheduling or voice process
- Exceptional at developing communications and ability to synthesize information for all levels of the organization
- Experience influencing at all levels of the organization; drive results through others
- Ability to work under pressure with undefined processes, tight deadlines and frequently changing priorities
- Ability to work with teams and leaders in a virtual environment
- Calendar management skills, including coordination of complex executive meetings
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
