Job Summary
Coordinate daily office operations, including arranging seminars, scheduling appointments, and managing travel itineraries. Direct and control daily workflows while establishing policies, procedures, and information filing systems. Manage staff training, review projects, and compile data for reports and electronic enquiries. Open and distribute mail, answer telephone calls, and provide customer service to clients. Maintain digital databases, order office supplies, and proofread correspondence. Perform data entry and record meeting minutes. This role involves supervising 1 to 2 people in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Candidates must possess computer and technology knowledge, including MS Office, and demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
