Job Summary

Coordinate calendars, meetings, and logistics for the Partner Success team by managing scheduling requests and planning resources. Prepare, submit, and track expense reports while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies. Update and organize tracking documents, databases, and internal systems by monitoring project and partner activity to ensure accurate reporting. Assist with documentation, organization, and project coordination to improve team productivity. Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners by tracking action items and follow-ups. Provide general team support during partner activations by assisting with logistical tasks and on-site coordination. Support Partner Success initiatives during festivals and live events by assisting with event setup, execution, and logistical coordination. Respond to operational needs during live events by troubleshooting issues and supporting team logistics.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or its equivalency
  • 0-2 years relevant work experience
  • Administrative and operational support practices within corporate or event-driven environments
  • Calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and expense reporting processes
  • Document tracking, database maintenance, and workflow coordination systems
  • Standard business software and productivity tools, including scheduling platforms, spreadsheets, and document management systems
  • Organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented documentation and record maintenance skills to ensure accuracy and data integrity
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams and external partners
  • Calendar and logistics coordination skills to support team scheduling and operational planning
  • Problem-solving skills to respond to changing priorities and operational challenges during events
  • Interpersonal skills that support collaboration and positive working relationships across departments
  • Ability to support multiple team members and projects while maintaining accuracy and organization
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, including live event and festival settings
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust workload based on operational and event-driven needs
  • Ability to coordinate logistics and track action items to support timely completion of team deliverables
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including extended hours, weekends, and travel during events
